We jumped on a Seattle Harbor cruise to checkout
Elliot Bay. The tour showed us downtown Seattle, Seattle Center,
Queen Ann Hill, navy ships, the port of Seattle with many cargo ships
and cranes, and west Seattle. It was a beautiful day although a
bit hazy due to smoke from fires up in British Columbia. A good
time was had by all.
Afterwards we headed over to Ivers for a
spectacular seafood lunch. Of course I had Halibut.
There is an unwritten rule that states that if
there is an aquarium nearby, then Carol must visit it. So we then
visited the Seattle Aquarium before heading back to the Seattle
Waterfront Marriott.
