Swiss Chard Lemon Parm

 
Ingredients:

3 large leaves of Swiss Chard
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. parm cheese
1 tbsp. garlic
1/2 red onion
2 tbsp. olive oil.

2 tbsp. butter
1/2 cup dry white wine.
 

Directions:

Remove stems and center rib from Swiss Chard.
Chop stems and rib finely.
Chop leaves coarsely.
Heat olive oil and butter to skillet.

When butter melts, saute garlic.
Add onion and cook for 30 seconds.
Add chopped stems and ribs.
Add dry white win.

Simmer 5 minutes.
Stir in chopped leaves and cook 2 minutes.
Stir in lemon juice and cheese.
Salt to taste.
