Onion Roasted Potatoes

INGREDIENTS

3 pounds of potatoes or about 10 cups.
2 envelopes Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon pepper
4 tablespoons olive oil


DIRECTIONS:
 

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray a large baking sheet (10x15 or larger) with cooking spray or rub with olive oil.
Mix together olive oil, dry soup mixes, garlic powder and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
Wash potatoes then cut into 1-inch pieces, leaving the skin on.
Add potatoes to mixing bowl then toss to coat with your hands or a rubber spatula.
Make sure the potatoes are evenly coated with oil and seasoning.
Grease roasting pan well. Spray the pan with cooking spray then drizzle more olive oil over spray.
Arrange potatoes in a single layer in prepared pan.
Top potatoes with any oil/soup mix left in the bowl.
Bake at 425 degrees for 35-45 minutes or until gold brown.
Flip with a wide spatula halfway through cooking.
