Ingredients:

64 oz. can ready cut chopped tomatoes.
1/4 cup olive oil
2 cups diced onions
10 cloves of garlic chopped
1/4 cup chiles
1/4 cup chopped basil
1/4 cup oregano, chopped
2 tsp red chili flakes
1 tsp butter, cold

Directions:

In heavy stock pot, saute onions and garlic in olive oil until translucent.
Add chiles and saute for 2 minutes.
Add tomatoes and increase heat.
Cook for 10 minutes while stirring often to allow evaporation and prevent burning.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cook 3 more minutes.
Stir in cold butter.
