Ingredients:
3 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp minced garlic
1 medium tomato
1/2 tsp curry powder
1 tbsp. sugar
1 cup white vinegar
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp all spice
1/2 tsp salt
Directions:
Combine cayenne pepper, garlic, tomato, 1/4 cup vinegar, and remaining
spices.
Blend in food processor until smooth and pourable.
Adjust for liquidity by adding more vinegar if necessary.
Use funnel pour into hot sauce bottle.
Add pour spout and cap.
Close tightly.
May be used immediately. For best flavor, let stand in fridge for one week.
