(crock pot)
Ingredients:
1 or 2 cups converted white rice
2 10 oz. cans of diced tomatoes w/sauce
1 10 oz. can of diced tomatoe w/ no sauce
1 tbsp tomatoe paste
1 package taco seasoning
3 chicken breats cut into bite size pieces
1 cup corn niblets
1 large chopped onion
1 chopped green pepper
1/2 cup roasted green chiles
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 cup shredded cheese
Directions:
Cook rice separately. Not in crock pot..
In crock pot, mix ingredients except rice, black pepper and cheese.
Cover and cook on low for 3 hours.
Stir in cooked rice.
Stir in black pepper.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Serve immediately.
Makes 4 to 5 servings.
