Ingredients:
1.5 lbs. medium raw shrimp
4 tbs. butter
1 tbs. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbs. minced garlic
2 tbs. chopped chives
2 tbs. parsley flakes
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 dry bread crumbs
black pepper
Directions:
Rinse shrimp and pat dry with peper towel.
Melt butter in medium skillet.
Add shrimp, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, chives, parsley flakes, and black
papper.
Preheat oven to 400.
Saute for about 5 minutes stirring constantly until shrimp turns pink.
Using slotted spoon, transfer shrimp to casserole dish.
Sprinkle with cheese and bread crumbs.
Pour cooking butter over shrimp.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown.
