Sausage and peppers pasta.

INGREDIENTS

1 pound Italian sausage, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
2 green bell peppers, chopped
12 ounces pasta
3/4 cup beef broth
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp ground black pepper


DIRECTIONS
Cook pasta as directed until al dente.
Drain.

Brown garlic in olive oil in large skillet over medium heat.
Brown sausage and peppers in garlic.
Drain sausage mixture and return it to the pan.

Add broth.
Add Italian seasoning.
Add black pepper.
Bring to a boil.

Toss pasta with sausage sauce and serve.
Simmer for 5 minutes.
