Kung Pao Chicken


INGREDIENTS

Kung Pao sauce:
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp red wine
1 tbsp corn starch
2 cloves garlic 4 tsp
1 tbsp ginger
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp chinese hot sauce
2 tsp sugar

Mix thoroughly and set aside.

Kung Pao chicken
1/3 cup peanut oil
2 cups chopped celery
1 cup fried peanut
2 large chicken breasts cut into 1 inch pieces

DIRECTIONS
In wok on medium high, heat peanut oil until starts to smoke.
Add garlic
Stir and cook for 30 seconds
Add chicken breasts
Cook for 4 minutes
Stir and flip over
Cook 2 minutes
Add celery
Cook 1 minute
Stir chicken and celery
Cook 1 minute
Add peanuts
Cook 1 minute
Add sauce
Cook 3 minutes while stirring occasionally to mix thoroughly
