Churrasco (steak with Chimichurri sauce)
Serves 2
Ingredients:
Sea Salt
Black pepper
2 pounds skirt steak - fat trimmed and cut in half cross wise
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
Directions:
Chimichurri sauce:
Pulse in food processor 4 cups parsley and 6 cloves garlic until finely
chopped.
Stir in 3/4 cup olive oil and 1/4 cup white vinegar.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Stir in 1 tsp oregano.
Rub salt and pepper on both sides of steak.
Rub onion and garlic powder all over steak.
Cook steak on grill or pan.
Let rest 5 minutes.
Drizzle sauce on steak and serve more sauce along side.
