Lou's Ba-Da-Bing

Ingredients:

1 cup igourmet Grana Padano Stagionato Aged 18 Months - Pound Cut (1 pound)

16 oz fresh pasta (penne, ravioli, etc.)
1/4 cup vodka or white wine
6 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp white pepper flakes
1 pinch salt to taste
1 pinch black pepper to taste
Sun dried tomatoes
2 tbsp oregano
2 tbsp basil
1 cup proscutto
1 pound peeled and cleaned large shrimp
1 pound Italian sausage
 

Directions:

Prepare pasta per package instructions. Drain pasta and set aside.

Use non-stick pan with high sides.
Add 2 tbsp of olive oil to pan.
Heat pan and oil to high.
Add grated cheese.
Cook 1 minute.
Add 1 oz. vodka.
Stir.
Cook for 2 minutes.
Ignite vodka.
When flame reduces, stir well.
Add melted cheese sauce to pasta and mix well.
Heat pasta on low heat.

Add 2 tbsp of olive oil to pan.
Heat pan and oil to high.
Add to pan proscutto, Sun dried tomatoes, oregano, basil, white pepper.
Season with 1 pinch salt and 1 pinch black pepper.
Cook 2 minutes.
Add 1 oz. vodka.
Stir.
Cook for 2 minutes.
Ignite vodka.
When flame reduces, stir well.
Add to pasta and mix well.
Keep heating pasta on low heat.

Add 2 tbsp of olive oil to pan.
Heat pan and oil to high.
Add to pan meats desired.
Cook meats until mostly done.
Add shrimp when meats are mostly cooked.
Cook 1 minute.
Stir and flip shrimp.
Cook 1 minute.
Add 1 oz. vodka.
Stir.
Cook for 1 minute.
Ignite vodka.
When flame reduces, stir well.
Add to pasta and mix well.

Reduce heat to low.
Cook for another 5 minutes.

Serve immediately with extra parmesan cheese.
