Thick Crust Pizza:

1 1/2 cups water
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
3 3/4 cups bread flour
1 1/2 tbsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp yeast

Basic dough cycle.

When dough is ready:
Prepare lightly floured board.
Gather dough at center of pan.
Remove carefully.
Place on floured board.
Shape dough into a ball.
Divide ball in half.
Press each ball into greased 12 inch pizza pan.
Form high edge.
Brush crust with oil.
Cover and let stand 15 minutes.
Spread sauce.
Top with cheese and toppings.
Bake at 400 for 30 minutes.
