Metropolitan Museum of Art
Went to Metropolitan Museum of Art. Spent an
hour at the Egyptian exhibit. A very large collection of Egyptian
artwork, Temple, and mummies. Spent about another hour and European Art
Exhibit. Spent about another hour walking around Museum looking at other
exhibits. Took forever to get home to Hotel because the roads were
closed due to Columbus Day Spanish parade. We ended up after 45 minutes
getting out of the taxi and walking the rest of the way. Wet, rainy,
cold, windy day. Had pizza at Buca Italian restaurant. Excellent.
